So I&#039;ve got to watch it with stuff like peanuts and fatty cuts of meat.  I won&#039;t give up my salmon however the fat in there though high is plenty of good fat. Also there&#039;s a brand of milk called Skim Plus 11g of protein in 8 oz so that&#039;s pretty good and no fat.]]></description>
