		<description>hey, great site! i am just struggling with a couple things i am currently bulking up i am just shy of 5 7 and weight 140-145 i am eating 6 meals a day for a total of 3000 calories a day and i consume 150g of protein a day is this too much food or protein im not concerned with gaining a little fat wich i dont think i will i have a hard time gaining any weight i keep reading on websites that its bad for my body or liver or kidneys?? also i used to workout 5 days a week now only 3 so i have more time to rest i feel like its all going to workout well i feel great about it but also kinda lazy for not working out more?? some experienced advice would be great
