I get a lot of questions about how to workout without any weights or equipment. This is great for people that don’t have time to got to the gym, people that don’t have money to buy any workout equipment, or if you just want to change up your workout. In the video below, I will show you some great ways to workout your chest without any weights or equipment.
I have not worked out in a real guy in over 3 years so I workout like this a lot (I do have a small weight set that I use at home too!)
Her Is a breakdown of this chest workout
- Pick 3-4 moves
- Do 3-4 sets of each move
- DO NOT COUNT REPS!!! Go to failure with each set!
- Rest 30-90 between each set
