Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Secret to Building Bigger Biceps and Arms

Arnold Schwarzenegger built his arms up to 22 inches at the hight of his body building carrier. That is not a very realistc goal for the majority of us, but we can use his methods to build our bodies to the best of our maximum potential. One of Methods that  Arnold used to build is arms were ARM BLASTER curls  In Arnold Schwarzenegger’s book “The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding

“Doing Curls with an Arm Blaster – a piece of equipment that, unfortunately, you dont see very often today – is a verry strict way of working the biceps that minimizes cheating. By using the Arm Blaster, you get the same kind of effect as with a preacher bench – no elbo movement at all and strict isolation of the bicepcs.”

You can’t really argue with the results he got!

Here is a workout you can do that incorporates Arm Blaster Curls

When it comes to working out biceps, using correct forum is wildly important. Here is another video that illustrates that point

For best results, make sure you follow a  good total body routine and diet (you get both in my workout plan). It may also help  to try a good fat burner like TEA REXX, it is what I use to help me stay ripped.

  1. brother ..you have a wonderful physic…but all your tricep workouts r isolation movements better known as inferior exercises…. in modern body building…such workouts can never develop weak triceps..optimum results can only be obtained if muscles are trained in compound movements…which also reduces the risk of injuries..if u follow the push pull method of body building…you will obtain best results…performing progressive overload each set….followed by protein intake n rest…..thank you….:)
